(b) A Returns Authorisation Code is issued by our customer service representative prior to the return of the product. All relevant sales details are required to process your request. The Returns Authorisation Code is required to be quoted on all returned product. All returns require the original contents including packaging. Charges will apply for incomplete returns. DebPilgrim.com accepts no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit. All returns must be received by DebPilgrim.com within 14 days of the Returns Authorisation Code being issued.

(c) DebPilgrim.com does not accept Return to Sender deliveries.
